Junior Graphic & Multimedia Designer (Hybrid)

The Junior Graphic & Multimedia Designer creates visual assets for social media, print, and digital platforms, edits short videos, and maintains brand identity, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
CIPPO is dedicated to supporting neurodiverse children and their families through evidence-based programs, therapy, and inclusive learning experiences. We're looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic & Multimedia Designer to help bring our mission to life through meaningful visual communication.
In this role, you'll support the creation of engaging visual content across digital and print platforms, helping communicate our programs, campaigns, and initiatives. You'll work closely with the marketing, programs, and design teams while continuously developing your creative and technical skills in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design
visual assets for social media, presentations, educational materials, and
marketing campaigns.
- Create
and prepare print-ready materials including flyers, brochures, event
collateral, signage, and promotional items.
- Edit
short-form videos such as social media reels, podcasts, testimonials, and
promotional content.
- Apply
and maintain CIPPO's brand identity across all creative materials.
- Support
the creation of digital assets for websites, social media, email
campaigns, and other online platforms.
- Organize
design files, templates, and creative assets to maintain an efficient
workflow.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to deliver creative projects on time and
incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
- Stay
up to date with design trends, creative tools, and AI-assisted workflows
while continuously developing your skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree (preferably in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or a
related field).
- 0–2
years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency
in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience
with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software (such as
CapCut, Edits, or similar).
- Good
working knowledge of Canva.
- Good
command of written and spoken English.
- Strong
visual design, typography, and layout skills.
- Creative
mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability
to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness
to learn, receive feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
