Junior GRC Analyst
Description
• Ensure the timely and quality completion of all control testing requirements in accordance with organizational guidelines.
• Aids in the performance of risk and control self-assessments.
• Participate in the identification and analysis of risks.
• May assist in the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs.
• Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive risk management program and related initiatives.
• Assist business and technology team knowledge to better understand processes and controls.
• Partners with technology Segment Risk Managers to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (business partners and technology teams).
• Assist the risk partners/business segment in the timely remediation of issues.
• Provide support for policy/controls and process documentation.
• Document and maintain internal team processes as needed.
• Contributes to teams continuous improvement culture by applying critical thinking skills and experiences to make suggestions.
• Aid in fostering a risk-awareness culture.
• Basic Qualifications:
o Up to 3 years of risk-based experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internships, or work experience.
o Business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand key processes within technology, cybersecurity, and data management.
o Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
o Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a high level of detail in a high-pressure environment.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present requirements/issues clearly and concisely.
o Ability to effectively work within a team environment and collaborate on projects.
• Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with Microsoft Suite
o Experience with Technical Writing
o Technical or Cybersecurity Experience

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
