Junior HR Business Partner (South Region)

Job Responsibilities
1. Provide HR support and advisory services to managers and employees across the South Region.
2. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration activities.
3. Drive employee engagement, culture, and staff wellness initiatives.
4. Support performance management and talent development processes.
5. Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Employee Relations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within the South Region as required.
