Junior HSE Officer

Job Description: We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified HSE Officer for a project-based assignment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE experience, strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, and valid ADNOC approval. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all HSE policies, conducting site inspections, monitoring safety procedures, identifying workplace hazards, and maintaining a safe working environment in line with ADNOC and UAE safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments • Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and regulations • Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and toolbox talks • Monitor PPE usage and workplace safety practices • Coordinate with site teams to maintain a safe work environment • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions • Conduct safety inductions and awareness sessions for employees

• ADNOC approval is mandatory • NEBOSH certification required • Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer • Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and compliance • Experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects preferred • Good communication and reporting skills • Ability to join immediately
