INCATech Junior HUMINT Analyst
INCATech is in search of a Junior HUMINT Analyst matching the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- At least three (3) years experience with research and intelligence analysis
- At least three (3) years of experience in HUMINT targeting, lead development, or operational support
- At least three (3) years ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards
- At least three (3) years of experience using IC tools and databases, such as TIDE, Vanguard, or FADE/MIST
- Experience coordinating with operational elements and collection managers to synchronize targeting efforts with mission objectives
- Knowledge of the HUMINT targeting cycle, including identification, recruitment, and production
- Ability to visualize and map complex human networks and organizational structures
- Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
- Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
- Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
- Foreign language proficiency in a high-priority geographic area of responsibility
- Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
- Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
- Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
- Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook
- Bachelor’s degree in: Intelligence Studies, International Relations or Regional Studies OR four (4) years of military experience in a related field
