Junior Implementation Specialist (New Grad Welcome)
Salary: ฿22,000 – ฿25,000 per month
About the role
This role plays an important part in transforming work processes into automated systems. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems using RPA and Microsoft 365 / Power Platform tools to increase speed, accuracy, and service efficiency for the Operations department.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement RPA systems: Support the development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems from process assessment, workflow development, system testing, to deployment and live operation
Develop solutions on Power Platform: Design and develop applications or workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to support the work of various departments
Analyse and reduce manual work processes: Study workflow and actual work processes of the Operations team to identify areas that can be replaced with automation
Test and troubleshoot: Conduct system and user acceptance testing, fix bugs before and after system deployment
Maintain and support systems: Provide user support, resolve system errors when they occur, and improve systems based on new requirements or feedback
Prepare documentation: Create system documentation, user guides, and system usage materials
Other duties: Perform other duties and support projects as assigned
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.(fresh graduates welcome)
Interest or skills in Automation, RPA, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform
Enthusiasm for learning, ability to coordinate well with the Operations team, and logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication in Thai and English (B1 or Above)
Experience in internships, projects, or direct experience in RPA, Automation, programming, or Power Platform will be given special consideration
