Support farm and garden operations by implementing technology, analysing data, and improving operational processes.
Analyse production, labour, resource, cost, and profitability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational and financial decision-making.
Assist with the implementation and optimisation of agricultural and horticultural technologies and existing farm systems.
Monitor operational performance, costs, and profitability across different farming activities.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and resource utilisation.
Collaborate with operational teams, managers, and technical stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes.

BEng degree in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
0–3 years' relevant work experience.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Basic understanding of financial analysis, cost management, and profitability reporting.
Excellent Afrikaans and English communication skills.
Interest in agriculture, horticulture, technology, and process improvement.
Practical, analytical, and solution-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both office and operational farm environments.
