Junior Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and security solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service availability.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and endpoint management platforms.
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, server, network, cloud, or cybersecurity roles.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Windows Server, Networking, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Security, or End-user Infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, or cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn across multiple infrastructure domains.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
