Junior Integration Launch Specialist

Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company that builds and operates online travel products and booking platforms for travelers, travel professionals, and accommodation partners across an international market. Working at the intersection of technology and travel, the team focuses on creating reliable booking experiences and strong partner connectivity across its platform.

As a Junior Integration Launch Specialist, you will help ensure partner integrations are launched smoothly and supported effectively. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys technical communication, problem-solving, and working closely with both external partners and internal stakeholders to keep integrations moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting partner API integrations during onboarding and launch
  • Consulting partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality
  • Handling requests coming through the ticketing system
  • Validating the quality of partner integrations
  • Logging information about integrating partners
  • Conducting Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners
  • Working with API logs and troubleshooting errors
  • Escalating requests to other teams when needed
  • Maintaining and updating the knowledge base

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd–3rd line support) OR experience with API integrations, launch, and support of API clients;
  • Confident experience working with APIs and Postman;
  • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders;
  • Ability to read logs in JSON and XML formats;
  • Understanding of CRUD principles;
  • Ability to work with Google Docs;
  • Ability to handle cross-functional tasks with adjacent teams;
  • English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken).
  • Based in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Uzbekistan, or Vietnam.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SQL, Grafana, and Kibana;
  • Experience working with project-based tasks.
