Junior Integration Manager

Work closely with clients to solve technical integration issues using data dumps and technical logs. Diagnose problems, communicate clear solutions, document client feedback, collaborate with the team, and manage multiple projects with autonomy using productivity and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues using data dumps and technical logs
• Articulate useful information for solving technical issues
• Describe issues concisely based on client feedback
• Provide customer service to clients
• Pass issues to appropriate parties or escalate when necessary
• Explain solutions and provide references to appropriate documentation
• Use Confluence, JIRA, Basecamp, Slack, and Google Translate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience
• Experience within the video game industry
• Problem-solving ability
• Prior integration experience
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• General integration knowledge
• Ability to handle significant workloads and prioritize projects autonomously
• Effective time management and attention to detail
• Track record of managing multiple priorities
• Ability to understand client needs and solve problems appropriately
• Multilingual proficiency (nice to have)
• Experience with web or game programming such as Unreal or Unity, or higher education in computer science (nice to have)
