Job Description
- Work closely with the Creative Director on concept and design development
- Prepare interior design drawings, including 2D furniture plans and elevations
- Develop and prepare schedules of finishes, including specifications and pricing
- Develop and prepare material sourcing proposals
- Procurement and project coordination, including obtaining quotations and supplier liaison
- Project coordination with contractors on schedules & drawings
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in residential interior design
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail, proportion, and materiality
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; Mandarin language proficiency to communicate withMandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage
- High level of accountability, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
