As part of our internal IT team, you help keep our infrastructure running smoothly – from servers and virtualisation to backup, network and monitoring. It’s a varied role where you gain hands-on experience across the entire infrastructure stack and make sure our consultants can rely on their IT every day.
  • Monitor infrastructure availability, performance and alerts using Icinga and other tools
  • Monitor Veeam backup jobs, troubleshoot routine failures and support recovery testing
  • Support VMware vSphere/VxRail and Windows/Linux server operations
  • Assist with network administration, including Fortinet switches, Wi-Fi and VPN infrastructure
  • Carry out approved maintenance, server patching and routine infrastructure checks
  • Support vulnerability remediation and security monitoring using tools such as Wazuh
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and system inventories
  • Support TISAX-related technical evidence collection and IT projects
  • IT vocational training (e.g. in Fachinformatik-Systemintegration or Digitale Vernetzung) or equivalent technical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT administration or infrastructure support.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking and virtualisation.
  • Good understanding of backup, monitoring and IT security fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, willingness to learn and fluent English skills.
Nice to have: VMware, Veeam, Fortinet, Icinga, Wazuh, PowerShell/Bash and German language skills.
You’ll join our IT team where your work makes a difference every day: you keep the systems running that all our colleagues rely on. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a broad, modern IT environment, take on real responsibility early on and grow with every project.
  • Real responsibility from day one, with room to grow
  • Hands-on experience with a modern and varied IT stack
  • Hybrid working in our Munich office
  • A supportive and diverse team
  • Company activities and social events
