Summary
Provides onsite IT support in Prague, maintaining Windows desktops and servers, troubleshooting hardware, and assisting users with local networks and services.
Junior IT Administrator
Required skills:
• Experience with Windows 10 \ 11,
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 etc (AD,GPO, FS, DHCP, etc) -basic level
• Experience with initial diagnostics and troubleshooting of various equipment;
• Experience in supporting or basic understanding of setting up local networks and network equipment;
• Experience in upgrading, replacing and troubleshooting PC hardware components;
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills, diligence, attentiveness Initiative and strong desire to understand a variety of IT services and applications
A big plus will be:
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.)
• Experience of using monitoring systems (Zabbix)
Duties:
• Support and advise users;
• Support and initial troubleshoot network issues
• Setting up and administering of Desktop PC on Windows 11 ;
• Support and maintenance of existing infrastructure and services
