Junior IT Administrator

We're looking for a Junior IT Administrator for a fully on-site position in Limassol
(5 days/week) to provide first-line technical support for employees across the company. You will be responsible for ensuring stable hardware and software operations, assisting with employee onboarding, and maintaining access controls.
  • Handle IT support requests via ticketing system (Jira)
  • Set up and maintain workstations (Windows & macOS)
  • Manage equipment lifecycle: issuance, return, and asset tracking
  • Process user access requests in line with internal policies
  • Maintain IT security measures and documentation
  • Contribute to the team knowledge base
  • 1+ year in IT support / service desk
  • Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking basics (TCP/IP)
  • Experience with Jira, Google Workspace, or Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Linux or network equipment experience (MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti) is a plus
