The Junior IT Administrator leads a team of technicians to provide IT support and manage infrastructure projects for various clients. The role involves hands-on administration in Microsoft and Linux environments and requires strong communication skills in German.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of technicians
- Overseeing and managing processes and tasks within your team
- Providing IT technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site
- Serving as the technical point of contact for projects assigned to your team
- Consulting, planning, implementing, and developing IT infrastructure projects
- Performing administrative tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments
Requirements:
- Completion of training or education in the field of IT, or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
- Initial management experience is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications, particularly client and server technologies, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring systems
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Confident communication and presentation skills
