Junior IT Business Analyst (8 Headcounts)

Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 per month

💰 Salary: Up to ₱50,000

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Knowledge of business requirements and functional specifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Able to work closely with users, developers, and other stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Endorse Service Requests (SR) for enhancement and development initiatives

• Prepare Functional Specifications based on Business Requirement Documents

• Coordinate with users and secure sign-off on Functional Specifications

• Create and execute Functional Test Plans

• Facilitate UAT and secure User Acceptance sign-off

• Coordinate with developers to ensure completeness of components for production implementation

• Assist in implementation preparation and provide support during implementation

• Provide post-production support and monitor issues

• Update existing User Manuals when necessary

• Guide developers during testing activities as needed

• Ensure proper documentation and closure of Service Requests
