What You'll Do
- Work with global clients (Europe and the US) to understand how they plan their supply chains – demand, supply, production, inventory.
- Help implement and configure advanced planning platforms – Kinaxis Maestro or o9 – so they fit each client's process.
- Work with client data: analyse it in SQL/Python, prepare it for integration, find what doesn't add up.
- Prepare workshops and presentations, and explain technical topics in business language.
- Do all of this in a project team, under the guidance of senior consultants, taking on more independent work as you grow.
- You want to combine technology with business and client work.
- You like breaking complex problems into smaller parts.
- You're curious how global companies plan production, inventory and deliveries.
- You're looking for a pure software developer role. Coding is a tool here, not the only job. We adapt and implement existing planning platforms.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- IT skills: Basic knowledge allowing you to complete tasks and develop solutions: SQL and/or Python, databases, data handling, advanced Excel.
- Smart use of AI: You already use AI/LLM tools to work faster and smarter. You check what they give you and know when not to trust them.
- Analytical thinking: strong logical reasoning and problem-solving.
- Consulting mindset: self-confidence, ownership, and willingness to present your work.
- Interest in supply chain – no prior knowledge needed, we'll teach you.
- First experience – ideally in IT, consulting, supply chain, logistics, production or operations. Internships and student projects count.
- English and Polish at least B2 – you'll work with international clients.
