As an Junior IT Operations Specialist at Emergn you will support our team in keeping IT services running smoothly and reliably.

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees for everyday hardware, software, and access questions.
    Help set up new user accounts and assist with access and offboarding tasks.
  • Troubleshoot common issues such as passwords, printing, and Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Log, track, and escalate support tickets to more senior colleagues when needed.
  • Help keep IT documentation and user guides up to date.
  • Learn our tools and processes with support from an experienced team.
  • 1-2 years experience in IT support, a helpdesk role, an internship, or a relevant qualification.
  • A basic understanding of hardware, software, and common IT troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
  • A willingness to learn identity/access and basic network concepts on the job.
  • A helpful, customer-focused attitude and good communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Salary: 2000 – 2500 EUR gross/month.
