Junior IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Client Focus (f/m/x) (fixed-term position, 18 months)
Summary
Manage and coordinate national and international IT infrastructure and digitalization projects end-to-end at a high-tech instruments company in Graz, applying traditional and agile project management methodologies.
- Independently manage and coordinate national and international IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Plan, coordinate, and implement digitalization and transformation projects in close collaboration with internal business departments and external partners
- Take responsibility for project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality
- Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and ensure transparent project communication
- Support the further development of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field (University of Applied Sciences, University degree, or HTL with relevant professional experience)
- Initial experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally within an international industrial environment
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience with both traditional and agile project management approaches
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence in interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
