Junior IT Project Manager
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:- Previous experience in an IT support, infrastructure, field engineering, or technical services role is a key requirement.
- Practical understanding of Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint setup, backup, security, and infrastructure projects.
- Comfortable translating technical detail into clear updates for clients and internal teams.
- Confident working with engineers and holding them accountable for project tasks and deadlines.
- Able to understand technical project requirements and challenge whether work has been completed properly.
- Coordinate day-to-day project tasks and updates.
- Keep clients informed on project progress.
- Manage Microsoft 365 migration, server, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare project documentation and handover notes.
- Review technical progress with engineers to ensure project tasks are completed correctly.
- Monitor project budgets and time allocation.
- Update project records in internal systems.
- Support project communication between teams.
- Ensure handovers are completed properly.
- Identify improvements to project processes.
- Coordinate project engineers and hold them accountable for agreed actions, updates, and deadlines.
