Job Description

• Analyze system and business requirements as the basis for developing test scenarios.

• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, regression testing, UAT, deployment testing, and pilot tests.

• Perform manual testing for web and/or mobile applications.

• Identify, document, and track bugs/issues clearly and systematically.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.

• Perform data validation and database testing using SQL/MySQL.

• Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and testing results.

• Adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies to support the QA process.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manual Tester / Quality Assurance.

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the role of QA in software development.

• Strong understanding of test case creation, test scenarios, regression testing, UAT, deployment testing, and pilot testing.

• Familiar with QA tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Familiar with SQL/MySQL for data checking and database queries.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Able to adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge or experience in Automation Testing.

• Experience with API Testing.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
