Junior IT Recruiter
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team - and for us, personality truly matters.

- 6+ months of recruitment experience (preferably IT), including independent CV screening and initial calls.
- Ability to co-track key metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Source-of-Hire) and create structured reports in MS Excel.
- Flexibility for non-standard working hours occasionally (required during urgent project delivery or critical deployments).
- Strong English skills, allowing you to confidently speak with technical experts from outside Poland.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to stay flexible in a fast-changing environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience working directly with clients - for example, in outsourcing or software house settings.
- A degree in computer science, psychology, HR management, or a related field.
