Junior IT Recruiter

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team - and for us, personality truly matters.

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or support environments (e.g. supermarkets, clothing stores, restaurants, cafés, or other customer-facing roles).
• A degree in sociology, psychology, HR management, or a related field.
• Strong English skills, allowing you to confidently speak with technical experts from outside Poland.
• Ability to co-track key metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Source-of-Hire) and create structured reports in MS Excel.
• Flexibility for non-standard working hours occasionally (required during urgent project delivery or critical deployments).
• A proactive mindset and the ability to stay flexible in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to have:

• Recruitment experience (preferably IT), including CV screening and initial calls.
• Experience working directly with clients - for example, in outsourcing or software house settings.
• Lublin-based candidates are especially welcome :)
