Junior IT Service Desk Consultant / Paid Internship

What you'll do
First point of contact for IT requests with employees worldwide. -
Onboarding new employees, including hardware preparation and granting access rights.
Active participation in the development of knowledge management, including FAQs, procedures, and training materials.
Installation, administration, maintenance, and documentation of IT services.
Who you are
Good knowledge of popular computer technologies and applications
Problem-solving skills and above-average communication skills
Very good English
Bachelor's degree
Availability for at least 25 hours per week
Student status preferred
