Junior IT Support

Salary: ฿15,000 – ฿22,500 per month

• Install and set up computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

• Provide IT assistance to users remotely and in person.

• Identify and fix hardware, software, and network problems.

• Replace faulty hardware when needed.

• Keep proper records of IT issues and solutions.

• Follow instructions to repair or set up computer systems.

• Help install and launch new applications and systems.

• Create user accounts and resolve login or password issues.

• Respond to requests within the agreed time and SLA.

• Manage and prioritize tasks until completion or referral to third parties.

• Build good working relationships with users and other teams.

• Test and evaluate new technology.

• Check computer equipment for electrical safety.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Manage vendor payments and purchase requests for daily operations.

• Manage IT assets for internal staff and external clients.
