Junior IT Support Engineer

Salary: £25,000 - 29,000 per year

Requirements:

• Were looking for someone with a genuine passion for IT and technology.
• We need excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Were looking for a proactive, organised approach to problem solving.
• We require basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, and PC hardware.
• Previous IT support experience is beneficial, but not essential.
• We require a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• We provide onsite and remote IT support to local primary schools.
• We help maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of IT systems.
• We install hardware and configure networks.
• We resolve technical issues across school environments.
• We visit schools during term time and carry out larger projects and installations during school holidays.
