Are you at the beginning of your IT career and enjoy helping people solve technical issues?
Join us as a Junior IT Support and be the first point of contact for users who need assistance.
In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and ensure a smooth user experience. Using your German skills, you will help users find solutions quickly and professionally while contributing to the efficient operation of our IT services.
Role Essentials
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English is a must.
- Availability to work 3 rotating 8-hour shifts, including nights.
What Will You Be Doing
- Offer technical support to German-speaking clientele through telephonic communication and electronic correspondence.
- Diagnose technical problems and deliver effective resolutions to end-users.
- Record and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
- Provide efficient support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex technical issues to specialized IT teams for faster resolution.
