Junior IT Technician
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior IT Technician to join our technical support team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in developing their skills in IT support, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and users.
Assist with troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and IT-related issues.
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Attend to technical support requests and follow up on reported issues.
Record and update service reports, technical findings, and work progress.
Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical team when required.
Perform onsite technical support and service activities.
Perform other technical tasks as assigned.
About you
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess own transport.
Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
Willing to learn and develop technical skills.
