Junior Java Analyst Developer / Technical Consultant

In this role you will bridge development and consulting for a fintech trading platform. You will work with cloud-based, microservices-driven architecture to integrate software into client environments and help users maximise product value. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to map client needs to product capabilities and deliver enhancements as needed. The position offers a strong growth path toward architecture or development management within a global fintech context. A compelling training package supports your technical and career development.

Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans
  • Lead and participate in business and technology workshops with clients
  • Map client needs to existing product capabilities and identify gaps
  • Propose and implement solutions for gaps in functionality
  • Undertake development work to deliver required functionalities when needed
  • Assist in integrating software into client operating environments and guide users on optimal product usage
Key requirements
  • unknown years of full-stack experience
  • Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, UI (React/Ember/JavaScript/HTML)
  • Cloud experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and databases (Relational/NoSQL)
