Junior Java Developer
Summary
The Junior Java Developer will translate technical specifications into code, develop web-based applications, and provide technical support. The role requires Java proficiency and experience with web servers like Tomcat or WebSphere.
What You Will Be Doing
- Understands the technical specifications and design and translate it to program code
- Develops web-based applications and implement features and functionalities using Java Programming Language
- Follows approved systems/applications life-cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing.
- Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation
- Creates relevant technical documentations and manual for the applications
- Provides technical support to users.
What We’re Looking For
- Has at least 1 year of experience as a Junior Developer
- Has knowledge on architecture patterns, especially MVC
- Has experience in using web servers (WebSphere Application Server, Tomcat, Glassfish, etc.)
- Amenable to work 5x a week onsite in Manila
- Willing to accept Project-Based Type of Employment
