Junior JAVA Developer
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior JAVA Developer to join our team in Braga. As a Junior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve working closely with the development team, analyzing requirements, and implementing new features. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with some experience in JAVA development to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using JAVA
- Collaborate with the development team to analyze project requirements
- Implement new features and functionality based on project specifications
- Troubleshoot and debug existing applications
- Write clean, efficient code that follows coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies in the field of JAVA development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Knowledge of Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies
- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
