Junior KAM SPT (m/f/d)
Job Description:
The Junior KAM SPT (Specialty Pet Trade) plays an important role in the development of local SPT customers (mainly BTG Zooma, Stroetmann and Agravis) and the achievement of the agreed annual goals for these. In addition, the job owner is 1st point of contact for new emerging SPT customers / new businesses for Mars PN and sets up guidelines for future collaboration in a x-segment 1D team.
Moreover, the job owner helps developing and driving the SPT-Channel sales community as well as x-functional 1D collaboration in the local sales organisation in close collaboration with the SPT NKAM.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Responsibility for SPT customers (mainly BTG Zooma, Stroetmann and Agravis) P&L and implementation of optimal assortment, activity plans and execution to drive future growth.
Responsible for the Trade Term (TT)-Budget, annual yearly & quarter negotiations/reviews of Key Customers
Defines and implements clear category development strategies for the Customer, including Test & Learns with Category Vision driver (in exchange with local Category Management)
Drives effective customer performance analysis to come to concrete recommendations and action plans.
Responsible for external market & customer data analysis through GFK/Nielsen/Customer scanner-data
Development of Customer Peformance Dashboards to monitor the performance of each Customer (BWW, NSV, Gross Profit, NSV/t, TT) taking decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with plan.
Collaboration with Finance Co-Pilot in order to recommend actions based on key financial indicators
Support SPT Sales Director and SPT NKAM with SPT/ channel / customer strategy & implementation plans as well as on specific strategic projects to develop & drive channel performance for the future
Building & driving Omni-Channel sales community with Omni-Channel key accounts and future digital capability building in sales
Driving SPT Assortment optimisation & defining customer-/channel-specific priorities, using opps in aligning with other functions/EU
Share best practice & driving collaboration with other Customer Teams
What are we looking for?
Completed higher education
Previous experience in Sales mandatory
High affinity towards numbers and use of tools, establishment of reportings and transferring insights into actions

Solution oriented, structured and independent working method
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
Proficient in English & German
