Junior Leasing Manager

Job Description:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Assist in preparing lease proposals, offers, and listing agreements for our property portfolio,
  • Prepare lease documentation including letters of intent (LOI), offers to lease (OTL), lease agreements, assignments, modifications, surrenders and renewals.
  • Negotiate lease options, amendments buyouts and terminations.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with commercial real estate brokers and industry professionals.
  • Coordinate and update marketing materials such as brochures, tenant information packages and property handouts.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and preparing lease renewal proposals for existing properties.
  • Understand lease economics, operations budgets and lender requirements.
  • Follow up on document submissions and aid with onsite property tours.
  • Coordinate tenant improvement needs with property management teams and monitor progress.
  • Assist in coordinator broker events and attend real estate industry events such as ICSC and NAIOP.
  • Enter, update and verify various database information and electronic records accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Commercial Leasing.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing abilities.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive and results oriented with strong relationship building abilities.

Salary Range:

$55,000
