Summary
Performs routine maintenance and emergency repairs on lift systems, responds to breakdowns, and maintains records, requiring a motorbike for site visits.

Salary: Gross up to $3000 + AWS
Working Days & Hours: 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) | Office hours
Office Location: Jurong East (Near MRT Station) | On-site
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of lift systems
- Respond to breakdowns, standby duties, and emergency call-outs
- Maintain accurate records and support inspections and audits.
- Assist in investigations and follow up on equipment issues and QA/QC defects
Job Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Possession of own motorbike required for site visits
*Prior experience in maintenance or lift industry is strongly advantageous*
