Our client, a boutique law firm, has an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven and ambitious attorney with at least 1-2 years of post-admission experience.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
- Manage a busy caseload effectively.
Key Requirements:
- LLB degree.
- Admitted Attorney with at least 1-2 years of post-admission experience.
- A very strong personality with exceptional confidence.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging cases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
