Salary: £13.00 to £15.00 per hour + Overtime (1.5x)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm (Days)

The RoleAs a Junior Maintenance Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, learning the skills required to maintain production equipment and support the smooth running of the manufacturing operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery and equipment.
- Assisting with reactive maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns.
- Working closely with the production team to maximise machine performance and minimise downtime.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures.
- Completing maintenance records and documentation accurately.
- Developing your engineering knowledge through structured training and hands-on experience.
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- A BTEC, NVQ, apprenticeship, or equivalent engineering qualification, or some practical engineering or maintenance experience.
- A genuine interest in engineering and learning new skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- £13.00 to £15.00 per hour.
- Monday to Friday days, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x.
