The annual base salary range for this position:

€35,800.00 - €53,800.00

Individual pay will be based on various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.


Job Description:

Typically:
• Responsible for preparing and analysing daily profit and loss for trading desks, including the monitoring of positions against limits (i.e. volumetric risk measure, VAR etc.) and updating visible price inputs in the Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM).
• Gathers data, analyses and reports findings. Gathers data using existing formats; resolves disputes and acts as an SME, first escalation level.
• Conducts analyses to solve relatively standardized or repetitive information and data queries/problems.
• Supports end-of-day (EOD) process as a primary back up performing all high critical activities like vols loading, price reporting, generating the daily price bulletin report, validating and loading it in the Shell Portal.
• Supports stakeholders in understanding analyses / outcomes and using them on topic related to own areas of expertise. Interaction with others demands influencing and persuasion in a tactful manner to explain and advise on performed analyses of information.
• Works within a limited variety of well-defined procedures and practices (not necessarily standardized) and is supervised on progress and results by manager. Works autonomously within this defined scope, directly supporting management and specialists.
• Provides indirect advice and adhoc analysis which is further synthesized by senior colleagues.
