Based in London, you will work closely with the UK and EMEA Marketing teams, Sales, Digital, retail partners, agencies and cultural collaborators to bring campaigns and key brand moments to life.

This is a development role designed to build practical experience across brand activation, trade marketing, account management, seeding and performance reporting. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will begin to take ownership of selected UK Sportstyle customers, supporting their annual marketing calendars and budgets from planning through to execution and review.

1. UK Sportstyle Activations & Energy Moments:

  • Support the UK Marketing Team in the planning and delivery of London and UK-based activations, events, launches and key cultural or brand energy moments.

  • Coordinate project logistics, timelines, product, event kit, assets and partner requirements to support smooth delivery.

  • Attend and support activations when required, representing Salomon professionally and helping to create a high-quality consumer and partner experience.

  • Work with internal teams, agencies, retailers, communities, influencers, artists and other partners to support locally relevant execution.

2. Customer Marketing & Account Support:

  • Support the development of seasonal and annual marketing plans for assigned UK Sportstyle customers across online and in-store touchpoints.

  • Begin to take ownership of selected customers over time, building their marketing calendars, tracking agreed budgets and coordinating delivery of planned actions.

  • Build collaborative relationships with customer marketing teams and provide clear, timely updates on campaigns, deliverables and next steps.

  • Ensure activity is aligned with Salomon brand guidelines, commercial priorities and the needs of the UK Sportstyle consumer.

3. Seeding, Gifting & Product Coordination:

  • Assist the wider Marketing Team with seeding and gifting requests for influencers, artists, communities, media, partners and key brand moments.

  • Maintain accurate seeding lists, product information, delivery details and tracking records.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external recipients to support timely and accurate product deliveries.

  • Help organise marketing samples, event product and campaign-related stock when required.

4. Reporting, Insights & Team Support:

  • Collect, organise and share key campaign information, including live dates, deliverables, assets, execution imagery, reach, engagement and other agreed KPIs.

  • Support campaign wrap reports, seasonal reviews, internal presentations and partner updates.

  • Maintain trackers, calendars and budget documents with a high level of accuracy.

  • Monitor UK Sportstyle, sneaker, fashion, music and cultural developments, sharing relevant trends, talent, communities and opportunities with the team.

  • Provide wider administrative and project support to the UK Marketing Team, including finance and ad hoc tasks where required.

What You Will Develop:

  • Hands-on experience in UK Sportstyle brand and trade marketing.

  • Project management skills across campaigns, activations and partner programmes.

  • Commercial understanding through customer planning, budget tracking and campaign delivery.

  • Confidence working with cross-functional and international teams.

  • Knowledge of campaign measurement, reporting and insight sharing.

  • A strong network across retail, creative and Sportstyle communities.

Profile:

  • An early-career marketer who is curious, proactive, hard-working and eager to learn.

  • A genuine awareness of Salomon’s Sportstyle market in the UK, with particular understanding of London as a key cultural epicentre.

  • A close connection to Sportstyle culture and community, with an active interest in the people and movements shaping the industry, including influencers, communities, artists, retailers and creative partners.

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.

  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly, takes initiative and follows through on commitments.

  • Comfortable balancing creative thinking with accurate planning, coordination and reporting.

  • Previous experience through an internship, placement, part-time role, volunteering or projects in marketing, retail, events, fashion, footwear, music, culture or a related field would be an advantage.

Education, Language & Tools:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion, Culture or a related field is desirable.

  • Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, reporting, content creation or design tools is an advantage.

  • Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.

  • Role based in London, United Kingdom.

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.
