Junior Merchandising Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Merchandising Manager to join Challenger Technologies Limited. This position reports directly to the Head of Merchandising and plays a crucial role in managing product selection, supplier relationships, and sales performance.
- Working days: Monday - Fridays
- Working hours: 9 AM - 6.30 PM
Job Description:
- Purchasing and sourcing of new products.
- Prepare and raise purchase orders and other buying admin tasks.
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships.
- Able to achieve set targets.
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and problem solving skills in a changing & dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently and with other departments to deliver stellar results.
- Support internal stakeholders and communicate any potential issues that may impact on business operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
- Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
- Other adhoc duties by your supervisor when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/relevant courses
- With merchandising experience.
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel and Office
- Good communication skills and team player
- Good working attitude
