Responsibilities
- Create and serve high-quality cocktails consistently, applying creativity to develop signature drinks
- Engage warmly with guests to deliver personalised and memorable experiences
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards throughout the bar area
- Manage stock levels accurately and assist with bar preparation tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Support events, workshops, and guest shifts by preparing and serving drinks as needed
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques essential for crafting quality drinks
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and during events to meet operational needs
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
