Job Description:

We are expanding our development team and are looking to hire motivated Junior .NET Developers who are eager to grow their careers. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in .NET development, a passion for coding, and a keen eye for detail. We welcome less experienced developers and offer comprehensive training and mentorship to foster growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, business users, and other developers to build high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and learn from constructive feedback provided by senior peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Continuously learn and apply new development skills and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Demonstrated responsible use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, JetBrains AI Assistant), including critical review of AI-generated code.
• Experience with Angular along HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with database technologies like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must.
