Position: Junior Officer - Data Analyst
Experience: 1 To 4 Years
Location: Sulur, Coimbatore.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, BCA, or a related discipline.
- 1 To 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, or Dashboard Development.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of SQL, data cleaning, data validation, and reporting automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Your Task:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments to prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Monitor business KPIs, identify performance gaps, analyze trends, and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Automate repetitive reporting activities using Google Apps Script, Excel VBA, and other suitable tools to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver reports within the agreed timelines.
