Junior Officer - Marketing Systems & Support

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Junior Officer – Marketing System & Support is responsible for providing systems-related support to Marketing Systems and Support, Business Development, Casino Marketing, Strategic Marketing & Analytics. This position is also responsible for daily offers, prize events and promotions setups and data upload which are vital to day-to-day operations.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Configures Engage prize and events for redemption and tagging

• Configures MMS offers for Kiosk

• Performs daily bulk upload of Free Play and other bulk upload exercise

• Conducts barcode creation and printing for Rewards Circle Collections and Direct Offer items

• Conducts systems issue monitoring

• Performs patron account maintenance in HALo e.g., flag deletion, points merging, etc.

• Conducts investigation for points disputes and other types of disputes concerning patron's account

• Coordinates with IT for any system updates, changes, downtime or maintenance

• Conducts new system or system updates demo to Team Members

• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Management

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

• University / College graduate preferably in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration

Experience Requirement:

• Experience in gaming industry is an advantage

Skills and Attributes:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good organizational skills

Other Qualifications:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
