Junior Operation Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 per month

We are looking for a hands-on and driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and help drive efficiency across the business. Key responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily department operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Monitor and improve operational processes to boost efficiency and service quality
Ensure daily operations comply with company policies, procedures, and SOPs
Manage and supervise team members, including task allocation and follow-up
Provide guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time
Conduct team training, performance evaluations, and daily work monitoring
Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and information
Prepare regular operational reports for management review and decision-making
Identify operational issues, risks, and process gaps, and propose practical improvements
Drive process improvement and standardization to enhance overall operational efficiency
About you
Diploma or above in any relevant field
Experience in operations management, team management, or a related field is an added advantage
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and execution
Able to work independently and follow up effectively on assigned tasks
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office and other relevant office/operational systems
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willing to travel when required
