Junior Operations Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need good knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and Windows.

• We need a reliable and conscientious person.
• Excellent GCSE grades, especially in English and Maths, would be advantageous.
• An IT-related qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• We provide round-the-clock Level 1/2 infrastructure monitoring support for all of our banners.
• We accurately identify and report issues on live service applications.
• We perform initial problem determination and recovery before escalating issues to the appropriate application and technology teams.
• We manage IT services in accordance with our operational policies and procedures during 12-hour shifts.
• We monitor IT production services for the operating companies that form Kingfisher PLC.
• We work with experienced team members to build business knowledge, key capabilities, and essential skills for progression.
• We fix production incidents in line with agreed procedures.
• We coordinate the resolution of more complex incidents by working closely with technical support personnel.
• We build effective relationships with colleagues so additional Command Centre responsibilities can be implemented smoothly.
