Junior Operations Analyst
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Industrial Engineering Graduate to join our Purchasing-Logistics Team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to supply chain activities; managing schedules, records, and vendor coordination, optimizing raw material and component availability. You will work closely with international suppliers, engineering and logistics teams to support production schedules and cost-efficiency targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Supplier Engagement: Search, identify, and onboard new component and service suppliers.
- Inventory control and tracking: Monitor stock levels, track vendor delivery schedules, and overseas purchasing costs to ensure smooth operational flow and budget compliance
- RFQ & Price Negotiation: Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluate competitive proposals, and negotiate terms, pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQs).
- Expediting & LLI Management: Actively track and manage Long Lead Items, Drive pull-in requests with suppliers to mitigate supply risks and align delivery dates with shifting production demand.
- ERP System: Execute daily procurement transactions in the ERP system—including Purchase Orders (POs), price updates, and delivery tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage a smooth and efficient purchasing process, handle material holds and ensure quality goods receipt.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (Recent Graduates)
- Systems Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience or coursework with ERP platforms (Netsuite- advantage) and advanced Excel skills (Mandatory).
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated capability to interpret data sets, build reports, and derive actionable operational decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for clear international vendor management.
- Negotiation & Initiative: Strong problem-solving attitude, negotiation instinct, and proactive drive to expedite critical component deliveries.
