Job Summary
Contribute to telecommunication software project delivery by providing technical support, system configuration, testing, and integration. Collaborate with partners and manage customer support to ensure smooth operations and system upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Deliver telecommunication software projects by executing assigned tasks and collaborating with project teams
- Configure systems and manage business operations to support software functionality and upgrades
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to new and existing customers, resolving complex issues efficiently
- Prepare test cases and execute testing across all project phases to ensure software quality and reliability
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to facilitate system integration and troubleshoot technical problems
- Manage additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager to support project success
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges
- Demonstrate a positive customer service mindset to enhance client satisfaction
- Work independently and collaboratively as a motivated team player
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines
- Proficiency in at least one of the following technologies: databases (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python, or Shell scripting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in telecommunication BSS projects
- Mandarin speaking and reading ability (preferred for communication with certain stakeholders)
