About the role
We are looking for a Junior PTP Specialist to join our Finance team in Krakow. In this role, you will support Accounts Payable (PTP) operations, ensuring efficient processing of financial transactions and helping maintain high-quality service delivery for assigned entities.
What you'll do
As a Junior PTP Specialist, you will contribute to the smooth execution of Accounts Payable processes and support daily financial operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, resolve invoice-related issues, and assist with month-end activities while gaining valuable experience in a global organization.
In detail, you will be
Processing Accounts Payable incoming documents efficiently and accurately
Resolving AP processing-related issues in a timely manner
Responding to customer inquiries and providing professional support
Assisting with monthly closing activities
Actively supporting other Accounts Payable processes as required
Qualifications & Requirements
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in English
Practical knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Previous experience in accounting or finance is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, self-reliant, communicative, and a collaborative team player
