Junior Partner Operations Manager

Open 15d

Become a Junior Partner Operations Manager (m/f/d) at Carwow!

OUR MISSION

We want to become the first point of contact for changing cars. With a combination of technology, media, and a deep understanding of the automotive sector, we have already turned the way people buy, sell, market, and lease cars on its head.

What started as a simple new car comparison platform is now one of the largest online marketplaces for changing cars in Europe. In the last year alone, we have grown by over 50%, with vehicles worth over €5 billion bought, leased, or auctioned through our portal.

In 2024, we doubled our reach overnight with the acquisition of Autovia – the platform behind AutoExpress and Evo magazine. Together, we are now one of the largest YouTube channels in the world, with nearly 10 million subscribers and 1.1 billion annual views. In addition, we sell 1.2 million copies of our print magazine and reach over 350 million people annually with our web content.

And we are far from finished.

GET YOUR CAR @ CARWOW

With our business unit Get Your Car, we are making the process of finding your next vehicle easier, smarter, and more transparent than ever before.

Following our successful Series E funding round of over $52 million, we are now entering a new phase of growth.

Our commercial team plays a key role in this: we support our partner dealers in maximizing their performance on our platform, thereby creating real added value for both sides. For both buyers and dealers.

If you are interested in working directly with car dealerships and want to actively shape the future of car trading, then you have come to the right place.

You will be part of a lean, dynamic team that works closely with our product, marketing, and analytics teams.

YOUR IMPACT @ CARWOW

As a Junior Partner Operations Manager, you will play a key role in our Commercial Operations team, ensuring that our partner dealers can operate optimally on our platform and maximize their success.

You are, so to speak, the operational backbone of account and key account management.

Your mission is to continuously maintain, optimize, and evaluate the processes and systems that our partners use. You will actively contribute to developing data-driven and scalable solutions that offer our dealers a smooth and "WoW" experience at Carwow, thereby securing our shared short- and long-term success.

YOUR TASKS

  • You are the central interface and first point of contact for our partner dealers and our commercial team for all operational questions regarding the Carwow platform. You ensure the fast and efficient processing of their requests and thus ensure smooth operations.

  • You identify weaknesses in partner workflows and, in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Product & Tech), develop solutions to increase operational efficiency.

  • You support the team in the data-driven performance analysis of our partners and create concrete, actionable recommendations for the account management, sales, and strategy teams.

  • You will gain deep insights into our data-driven systems and help ensure the integrity and quality of partner data.

  • You will work on exciting, cross-departmental projects (including the implementation of AI processes) to make Carwow smarter and more efficient and to improve the partner experience.

  • You will maintain and create both internal and external documentation and guides for operational processes.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

Note: No one meets 100% of the requirements. If you strongly identify with the role and are eager for continuous development, we still look forward to receiving your application.

  • You have a university degree or comparable training with a relevant focus and ideally have already gained experience in operations, process management, data analysis, or a commercial environment.

  • You are passionate about digital business models, feel comfortable dealing with numbers and data, and have a strong interest in data analysis and digital tools.

  • You quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies. Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), or business intelligence tools like ChatGPT or Gemini is a big plus.

  • You build trusting relationships quickly and communicate confidently in German and (as we are an international company) also in English.

  • You enjoy working independently, taking on responsibility, and approaching new challenges in a motivated and solution-oriented manner.

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Talent screen (by phone) with our recruiting team - approx. 30 minutes

  • Video interview (online) with the department - approx. 30 minutes

  • Case study (on-site) with the department - approx. 60 minutes

  • Final Values & Team Fit (on-site or online) if possible following your case study - approx. 30 minutes

AND WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

With us, you will find an innovative, diverse, and relaxed working environment in the heart of Munich.

In addition to the best espresso in town, free drinks, and healthy muesli & fruit, you will also receive:

  • A competitive salary package and the option for company shares (share options).

  • 28 days of vacation, which increases to up to 35 days with length of service, plus special leave for moving, weddings, and more!

  • Hybrid working (the option of 3 days in the office, 2 days home office - for which you will receive an additional budget of €500 for equipment).

  • A subsidy for company pension schemes.

  • And a discounted membership at the Urban Sports Club.

  • As well as an honest work-life balance.

Diversity and inclusion are firmly anchored in our corporate culture. We welcome every application and make our decisions fairly, transparently, and exclusively on the basis of skills, experience, and potential.
