Baking & Production Support

• Assist bakers in daily preparation, portioning, and baking of pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to recipes and standards.
• Help with ingredient weighing, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking processes.
• Ensure consistent product quality by following established SOPs and hygiene protocols.
• Prepare baking trays, mold and utensils before production and clean them after use.
• Support product packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment at all times.

Requirements:

• 5 days work week
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• Excited to grow with the brand
• Passion for excellence and ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Responsible and committed individual
• A self-starter who is pro-active and able to work independently
